Your right to appeal
If a listing of yours was rejected or suspended, or your account was suspended, under our Moderation Policy, you have the right to ask us to review that decision.
How to appeal
Use the form to the right. Tell us why you believe the decision was wrong, new context, evidence, or an explanation of a misunderstanding all help.
What happens next
1
We read your appeal
A member of our team reviews your appeal alongside the reason for the original decision.
2
We respond by email
We aim to get back to you within 1 to 2 business days with the outcome and our reasoning.
3
Outcome
If we agree the decision was wrong, we reverse it and lift any restriction. If not, the original decision stands and we'll explain why.
What we can't change on appeal
- Decisions required by law (for example, removal of confirmed illegal content)
- Decisions where new evidence directly contradicts your appeal
Repeated appeals
If you appeal the same decision repeatedly without new information, we may close further appeals on that specific decision, this doesn't affect your right to appeal a different, future decision.
