The UK Junction name, logo, platform design, and underlying software are owned by UK Junction Trading Ltd and protected by UK and international intellectual property law, including copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from UK Junction's branding, design system, or software without our prior written consent.

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed by content on UK Junction, submit a report through our Report Copyright Infringement page. We review reports promptly and remove infringing content where a complaint is well-founded, with an opportunity for the content owner to respond via a counter-notice.
Users who repeatedly infringe others' intellectual property rights may have listings suspended or their account suspended, in line with our Moderation Policy.
Product names, brand names, and logos mentioned in listings to accurately describe genuine goods (for example, "Apple iPhone 14" to describe a genuine second-hand phone) is normal, permitted descriptive use and does not require permission. Using a brand name or logo in a way that implies false endorsement, or to sell counterfeit goods, is not permitted.
Questions about this policy: help@ukjunction.com. To report an infringement, use our Report Copyright Infringement page rather than email, so it reaches the right team quickly.
