Before you report

This process is for genuine intellectual property complaints, for example, someone using your copyrighted photos, your registered trade mark, or your original written content without permission. If your complaint is about something else (a scam, prohibited item, or abusive behaviour), please use How to report a listing or user instead.

What we need from you

• A description of the copyrighted work, trade mark, or other right you believe has been infringed
• The specific listing or profile URL on UK Junction you're reporting
• Evidence of your ownership or authorisation to act on the rights holder's behalf
• Your contact details, so we can follow up if needed
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised
